i was promoted today! from line cook to Chef Tournat, which is a fancy term for the Lead Line Cook. the best part is chef gave me a $1.50 raise, which will help out a lot saving for europe. pretty excited about this.

24 hours of constant snowfall so far, and its supposed to keep going. tonight is my friday and you can be damn sure i'm ready to shred. keep it up mother nature!!!

powder days are great. bluebird powder days are better. got up early early today and headed to Beaver Creek. 8" of new snow this morning and i got the best of it. great time in Rose Bowl, steep and deep. everything off cinch, though green, was a pow field of fun.
