got drunk with the sous chefs and some of the crew last night. went to this old old spot in chicago called Miller's Pub which sounds like a dive bar but is really an old steak house kind of deal. we got shitty and ate some weird stuff off the menu. calf liver with bacon and onion and fried smelt (tiny whole fish) were two of the bolder choices. wings for the more conservative. the liver and smelt were actually really delicious though, better than the wings.
