went to my first yoga class in a long time today. it was a "gentle" class focusing more on streching than poses and balancing. my back had been really hurting the last few weeks, to the point where when i'd get home for the night i was bent over like an 80 year old man and sharp sharp pains that would take my breath away for a second. pretty brutal.
i have to say i feel great right now. not just my back but my whole body.

glad you feel great! wish i liked doing yoga. I get so bored. i wish my body felt great. I've been trying to get into shape again after having my baby but i'm finding it really difficult and really painful to get into a routine again. anyways, hope you continue to do great!
