well Blackbird you fucking blew it. with a little more effort, guidence, and organization you could've had a dedicated, ass kicking line cook who wanted nothing more than to keep the standards high. but you're lazy and scatterbrained. too worried about, i don't know what, to write your recipes down, keep things consistant, and make sure your employees have the information they need. you are a huge disappointment and i cannot wait to be done.
