great great snow cycle sitting over vail right now. vail had 18" yesterday and 5" today. Beav got about 15" past two days. its also been steadily snowing all day and its expected to continue through tomorrow evening. glad the snow came back, brings the motivation to ride back up. went to beav yesterday and had lots of fun. Perigrine, the double black bumps run that boarders the Birds of Prey world cup course (so yeah, steep) was smooth as butter yesterday as all the bumps were packed out and then snowed on. doing a legit 25-30 minute steep thigh deep pow run is a rocking good time. Pine Island in the Lower Stone Creek Chutes was actually untracked, which i took full advantage of. its short and steep and was tons of fun.

went and hung out with Cole, one of my co workers and his girl at their place for the super bowl. i made a rockin' spinach artichoke dip and Cole made some real good buffalo chicken pizza and some kind of good chili. our buddy John (from Peru) watched his first American Football game ever and made some awesome sweet polenta with dates and raisins. it was tough to watch the packers win. but honestly, the steelers gave up 21 in the first half, the Bears gave up 21 the whole game. i don't know, i think the Bears (with good Jay) could've beat the steelers last night.

Just chilling today taking care of weekly day off things like cooking and laundry. resting up for another day of shred tomorrow.
