yesterday. holy shit. i can't really remember a time i felt that terrible. i basically slept from sunday night until tuesday morning, getting out of bed yesterday to puke and that's about it. i thought this was just going to be a cold, but all day yesterday my head hurt so much i couldn't even open my eyes. i feel much better today, although my head still hurts a lot and my body is still really aching. i feel bad because my uncle and his friend are up in vail now, today is my only day off while they're here, and i don't think i can ride today. hopefully another day of total rest will help out so i can get some turns in with him before work on wednesday and thursday.
