busy busy night tonight. good pace though. very happy with the way i cooked tonight. new menu is in full swing and i have to say that i am impressed. can't wait to go in for dinner sometime soon, lots of things i want to try. my station is still the busiest but its settled down a little bit with some of the new grill items. however they did decide to add a pasta to the menu and surprise surprise we're tearing through them. at least i have help on the weekends. on a friday and saturday night it costs my bosses $31/hour for adam and i to work the pasta and plancha stations. a fact that our chef gives us shit about all the time. he's been in a good mood lately so its been pretty low stress in the kitchen. hoping for three mellow nights before my weekend.
