tonight we breezed through the most covers the restaurant has ever done at dinner service. 309 plus room service orders. it was pretty much a perfect service. for the first week of hitting high 200's of the season things have been going really well so it should be a busy but smooth winter.

going riding for the first time in a week tomorrow on my day off. vail + apres= good day

so far the snowfall has been a bummer. hoping for a better january.
