between my old job and my new job tomorrow will be my 14th day of work in a row. Everyone at the new job has had days off since i've been there (9 days tomorrow) except me. I was supposed to have tomorrow and saturday off but now i have to go in. it would be fine, but i'm literally exhausted and was really looking forward to it. I guess since i'm going out of town for 4 days on the 5th i shouldn't bitch too much.

I'm making real good progress. I'm getting set up by myself and on time, working my station, getting everything out on time and looking/tasting the way they should. The chefs seem to like me and see that i'm trying real hard to meet their high expectations. all in all i'm doing pretty well. I actually enjoy the rigidness of the regulations we have to follow in the kitchen, its refreshing and makes me a better all around cook.
