phew.
called the place today and talked to the sous chef who i did the stage with. he told me that he had yesterday off and thought that i had already spoken to the exec chef and worked out a time to meet and talk about compensation. HUGE weight off my mind, but now i feel bad for being an asshole at work today.
as a side note the chef of a different hotel in Vail called to set up an interview, which i will go on friday morning unless i can work out this 1st choice tonight or tomorrow.
hopefully two weeks notice will be put in before Denver wedding festivities this weekend.
