so i've decided to start looking for a new job. my current exec chef is leaving and the F&B director is a total douchebag that i won't be able to hold my tongue against with out the presence of chef Alain. the goal is to stay in Vail for another year and the head to Europe, but i guess we'll have to see how things play out.

i think if i had to leave Vail i'd try to find work in Denver to be able to have easy snowboarding access in the winter. My goal is to go work in Europe; either the UK, France, or Spain at a Michelin starred restaurant by 2011. After Europe i'd go to where the best opportunity took me, but my first choice would be to return to Chicago
