two days!
the spring weather has been amazing thus far. although i'm totally expecting it to snow again at the drop of a hat. short short day at work today and then vacation starts! going to tie up the loose ends before i leave and then tonight i'll start packing and then go to The George for the combo bon voyage for myself, Jon, and Adam. those dudes leave tomorrow for Thailand and Vietnam for 6 weeks.
my buddy in Japan emailed me and has gotten baseball tickets, hotels in kyoto and hiroshima, dinner reservations, and tickets to an outdoor rave. i'm not much of a raver, or a raver at all, or really interested in raves . . . but i figure a rave in Japan would be interesting so what the fuck right?!
i also find it a little comical that in 14 years of snowboarding i'll be renting my first stick when i'm over there. bringing my boots though because i can't think of anything worse than rental boots.

I'm very happy for you for going to Japan, I think a rave would be fun, and be safe while snowboarding
