its not snowing right now, but its supposed to start later and continue heavily into tomorrow. I'm thinking i might have to wake up early tomorrow and drive to my storage unit and get my snow tires put on in preparation for my drive to the airport early friday morning. that is of course assuming that it will be possible to drive to the storage...

CDOT is a joke they barely plow and they don't use salt out here.

to evilsaint, I live in the Rocky Mountains in Vail, Colorado a ski resort town. we get about 400+ inches of snow a year. the state just does a terrible job keeping the roads clear.



surprisingly enough though we got zero snow today.

watched the puppy this past week while my roommate was out of town. she's pretty adorable but a handful. I lucked out and had a good stretch of days off so she didn't have to be alone all day. rode on thursday and monday. its warmed up quite a bit so there hasn't been much snow or snowmaking going on. its kind of like spring...

not much is new. working a bunch still, but staring down a vacation back to chicago for some family time before the brunt of the ski season hits Vail. A few mountains have lifts running, which makes me very happy because i can go snowboarding.

rode at Loveland today and it was great to be back on the snow. didn't fall once today either, but wasn't going too hard. just getting the lets back doing some frontside airs, 180's, ollies and nollies. hopefully i won't be too sore tomorrow because i'm going up to Arapahoe Basin!


and yes Joleene should be extremely jealous.
