As I begin the next chapter in my photographic career by teaching at a University starting in less than a month, I sat back for just a few minutes and thought about who and what all I have photographed over the years and i feel that I have been very lucky that all of my hard work has paid off. I have been behind the camera to photograph people like Bernie Sanders and Barack Obama to bands/artist like George Clinton, Tegan and Sarah, The Casualties, The Interrupters and the Mighty Mighty Bosstones, to sports figures like Nick Lowery, Christian Okoye, Didier Drogba, Andrea Pirlo, David Villa, Thierry Henry, Alex Morgan, Tony Hawk, and Andy MacDonald just to name a few, and events like the Nitro World Games, The Vans Warped Tour, protests and social justice issues. I have been lucky and my hard work has paid off. I just hope that in the future years, this momentum continues.
I just wanted to thank everyone who has been on the journey with me thus far and say here's to a lot more photographs in the future.
