So, I came across this the other day on YouTube. It is a little something that I recorded three years ago next month. It was a part of a project that was tied to my Portraits of Latinx Identity project, one that was recorded at the local public library. It is interesting to listen to, and to think that it was because of this issue right here is why I became a punk rocker and one of the main reasons for my art, both the Portraits series and the current one that I am working on, the one I post the black and white film images from, We Are All We Have Tonight collection.
It is amazing to sit back and think about the events that happened in our lives that shaped us.
This recording session was amazing. I did a little further searching and it looks like they took the rest of my recording and put it up on YouTube as well, and I am the only one that they got around to doing that too.
So I will post the other two real quick, but the video above, or rather recording above, one of the main reasons why I am who I am today. I hope that you enjoy.
