I know that I promised some people that I would post more photos soon, and I really should (sorry @bookcouple ) but I really don't feel like doing it in this blog, maybe next one.
I am happy to say that I am hitting the gym again. FINALLY. It feels so good to go back. I went back for the first time in a while yesterday, after getting my own membership on Monday (since Sam really no longer goes). I realized that I start to do REALLY well by myself in the nice weather months (end of summer and the fall) but then I fall off during the winter because it is too damn cold to go out riding my bicycle like I normally do (about 13 miles in a little over an hour with over 300 feet in elevation gain), I need to keep it up when the weather is bad. SO, Planet fitness is where it is. Prime example; I was at a size 40 inch waist in my shorts/pants earlier this year. As of right now, with jeans that I bought on Friday for work, I am currently at a size 34. I even went to Holister's with my daughter a few weeks ago, and I was able to fit into a size 33 short. It was slightly tight around my thighs, but that is because I do not skip leg day, ever, and with all of the cycling that I do, I must admit, I have some pretty toned legs.
Anyway, I cannot wait to go back to the gym tomorrow. With softball ending this Monday, I will not have any other outlet besides my bicycle really to do anything, so the gym it has to be. I will keep everyone updated on my progress as time goes by.
