So, I was lucky enough to continue on with the portfolio last week with the amazing Cindi. She is an old school punker who used to work in the music scene here, but before that she was a radio DJ at a local university, where she said that she used to get nothing but Subpop Records sent to the station back in the day (where at the time she thought was a little annoying but now pretty amazing to see all of the bands from the late 80s to 90s as they started up) and how she drove Chris Cornell around Lawrence, Kansas back in the VERY early 1990s...when they played The Farmer's Ball Battle of the Bands...yes, Soundgarden played a battle of the bands in the middle of fucking Kansas back in the day.
