how do i go on that kind of sleep? it's just something that i've gotten accustomed to apparently i've been doing it all my life, asked the mother for any advice on sleeping and she said she didn't have any cuzz i'd been doing that since i was a baby. and working the grave shift at work and not having any major responsibilities that i need to be up and awake for allows me to sleep whenever i want to. so i'll crash for an hour or two and go for hours and then crash again. personally i think i just need to put some effort into getting it under control.
