Today, I basically did nothing.....and it was awsome....
Working, eating, sleeping, drinking, watching hockey....I hate how my life is all repeating patterns. On a better note, I killed a donkey!

One's goal should not be to help others. Before even beginning to understand a goal, on must first truly know thyself. Only then will you be able to help anyone, including yourself.
In this line of reasoning, one could deduce that taking yourself out for a drink to get to know him better would be a good idea. This is where alcoholics go a little nuts with the idea.
A better notion is probably a re-affirmation of your qualities and pitfalls, an analysis of oneself and one's choices in life up to this point, and a re-statment of one's goals. Heavy meditation and self-exploration, along with letting no subject be taboo, with a slight twist of objectivity should go quite nicely.
Helping others, by the way, is overrated. Most people on this planet are not worth the effort, and do very little to warrent any form of assistance. Myself definitely included.
If all of this sounds like rubbish, or you are too overwhelmed by the sheer mass of such an idiotic rant, then just replace all me words with the following post:
help spelled backwards is pleh!
(It will be far less idiotic to reduce this post to this simple phrase. Thank you for your patience in this matter.)
