for some strange reason my ex likes to call me and tell me how awesome i am whenever her new boyfriend and new "really cool" friends aren't around. it's flattering, yet frustrating, mostly because she won't talk to me when they are around. we're supposed to be friends and it was working fine until this new dude came around. it would be really nice to have a new girlfriend to answer my phone the next time she pulled this shit, but that's a long shot. i would stop answering her calls, but i made a promise to be her friend and watch over her just like she made one to be my friend and watch over me and i'm not about to go back on my word.
it's making it really hard to quit drinking.
the new abode is still available. i'm so close to having the scratch to get it. i'm going to go look at it this week in an attempt to talk the price down or at least get it held for a few.
