Heavy Mojo put on a good show, I didn't see the whole thing, but what I saw was good. I even scored a free CD. ;-)
Dorwayin and I have started doing some shots relating to the industry, the daily sights of a chefs world.
I wish I had a photograph of the fryer I cleaned tonight. It was nasty, possibly the worst I have ever seen a fryer get. It took alot of potential burns, a lot of lugging hot oil, and boil out, and clean H20, and 1.5 hours, but dammit it looks like brand new, ok well almost....
Anyways, here is a piece of my daily life:

Oh yeah and I can't forget this either,
....*thinkin to myself*...'Yah! I made a volcano!!' - while I was making Cognac Sauce today
