Only in Atlanta can you get caught in "rush traffic" at 11 pm. I hate driving! I feel like I practically live in my car. No bueno!
Work was alright. I have this beautiful new lamb dish. It's a real labor of love but worth it because it is delicious and the plate is spectacular. It is an artichoke, cippolini, Vidalia Springs and Haricot Vert Ragout. It's got lots of fresh herbs and garlic with demi, etc. Busy tonight, 150 covers, and I like Fridays because I am that much closer to Sunday...
The weather was awesome today, 65 with a light breeze. I am so happy the dogwoods are starting to bloom. There are bursts of pink all over the city. Winter is finally beginning to withdraw. It seemed interminable.....I;m gonna spend all day Sunday in the garden. I went and got 3 truckfuls of landscape dirt early this morning for the veggie garden.
