Aaaaahhhh, home from work, showered and clean. I hate working saute, I always reek of fish. Damn trout is always covered in cum. Blegh!!! Work was alright, kinda slow, less than 80, but out early. We played asshole for most of the night, which is always fun.
I started cross training in pastry tonight, I was bored so I meandered over there to play. We make this sorbet tower, what a pain in the ass, it involves 6 quenelles of different sorbets stacked on eachother. They only use 1 spoon for the quenelles and you have to move fast. I;m definately gonna have to practice that.
Chef was off, so that was pleasant, but GD the sous is a slacker. He is the last one in the door and the first to leave. Constant HOT KARL! Very aggravating. I can't stand slackers!!!! Especially ones who expect their fellow employees to respect them. How do u respect somebody you run circles around?? Or somebody who can't fix a broken buerre?? Jeez, it's not rocket science.....anyways thats my vent for today.

Oh yeah, I got this question for anyone interested in stupidity....(it's important to read this in a serious redneck accent)
