My 4'th was great. I got up late. Watched the best game I've seen in the world cup yet! Italy vs. Germany. If you missed it you should try to catch a rerun. I can't wait for the Portugal vs. France game tomorrow, well today after I wake up.
I attempted to play soccer today! it was a rush. my poor left leg is still weak though and felt like a gummyworm (something I love to eat but isn't pleasant as a limb). I probably did more than I should considering my leg but I was happy. My knee was hurting even though I wore a brace. *Dreams of the end of the month and a wholly recovered leg*
Sunday I grilled! My first attempt at cooking dogs on my grill. I think it turned out halfway decent! Korben, Sir N, and others attended. A tiny but very satisfying affair! I have to laugh at myself thinking about it. If if wasn't for my wonderful friends reminding me of various items, I would have only had dogs for the occasion. Luckily several friends recommended things such as potato salad and baked beans and soda. lol, Thanks to all! Sir N Made this delicious potato salad I attempted to hog it was so delectable. *drool* Fortunately there was plenty for everyone else too.
Oh! I am now the proud owner of my own table!!! And four chairs to match! My departed brother left it in storage and my mum just found out about it and got it a month ago. When I visited her last Saturday I was elated since she doesn't need it. My rockin' mum brought it down for me this Sunday just in time for my grilling.
Life has been treating me very well this last couple of days.
