my year and 4 month dry spell ended at around 6AM this morning.

Apparently the universe has some sort of stupid rule that you get stuff when you don't really expect or even want it, and not when you crave for it.

Weird how that works.
i've had an ear infection for 4 days. "medical" gave me some ear drops and some giant motrin pills and said come back in 3-4 days if it doesn't get better.
no antibiotics.
