wow was this weekend crazy. finally getting a better taste of what life on the road is....

we had four shows in four cities in three days...
the best part of this weekend, we meet with the a&r guy from dollhouse records. the meeting went great and they want to pick us up but we have to tour more. so coming september we will be on the road two or three weeks out of each month.
we will be going all over the states, from texas to new york to washington to california.
the main thing that could slow us down is that three of us five are married, so hopefully the wife's will let them leave.

we play two sxsw show this week. we are playing the co-op bar and at redrum.

What cd is your fav? I bought the last one they made and was disgusted with it. Each cd is different, an upgrade if you will. They grew with experience. Neon Ballroom was amazing, but the 4th one man I was just amazed at how bad it was. I love the garage sound they began with on Frogstomp more then anything. One of my favorite things is classical so I loved the mixture of guitars, viloins, drums, cellos, etc. Piano also, David Helfgot appeared on the 1st track on Neon ballroom "Emotion Sickness." If you haven't seen Shine you wouldn't know who is is probably.

Good luck with the band. I'll see you guys if you get a gig set up for May. Always love going to 6th street.
