It's Fall.
It's the Autumn Equinox.
And I shall begin to work today.
Cleaning up my place gives me this sense of accomplishment. I don't know many people who like to have a bed fully made, with hospital corners and the tucked in pillow thing that I'm sure has a name as well. But for me it's kind of refreshing.
Yesterday the manager commented on my phone. Normally, I laud the versatility of the Sidekick platform. Not this time. I have about 7 months left on my plan, and I'm literally counting the days. I doubt the phone itself will last that long besides.
I'm supposed to get my pension on the 25th, but that's a sunday, so I'm hoping they deposit it on the 23rd. they usually do. I've got my food for the month (and next several months, a 20lb bag of rice) but it would still be nice to get paper towels, soap, razors, T.P. and other essential sundries.
I'm walking to work in a few minutes, and I'm guessing it's going to take me 45 minutes. if it takes less, I'll be thrilled. more time to either check the internet or sleep. Also, I found out that I probably don't need to make 4 cups of coffee for the morning, as my 20oz mug will not hold them. 2 cups plus cream and sugar will be good enough. I'll need mints though, I hate coffee breath.
World of Warcraft has very little appeal to me anymore. Remind me to cancel my subscription.
This will be I think the first time I've used my iPod without having it connected to my car stereo.
Well, I'd better get going. I'm sure I could write 5 more minutes of whatever it is I've been writing, but I'm awake enough and really that's all I need from this journaling. Well, that and all your loving and support. And tits.
