Lemme update.
I packed a ton of books and my winter/dress clothes away yesterday. I'm hoping to take them on the plane when I visit my sweet, sweet Cairo in 18 days. 2 suitcases full... does anyone know how luggage works for airplanes? isn't it 2 check ins and 1 carry on?
The desk.... here's how I feel about it:
I'm pretty sure I'm not going to make it to anything down south in Seattle. looks like Prom will be the last Hurrah. I wish I would have made it to the SPM party, but between being exhausted and last Saturday being the D&D session I enjoy going to (versus this saturday which is the session I don't like).
Lemme see. I still have a bunch of books to pack up. I packed up my pictures and keepsakes already. Of course I have my Computer, printer, and monitor left to pack, as well as all my "desk related" stuff. Some clothes, blankets, and my Bass and Guitar. Video games, and Dvds. That's about it. I think it will mostly fit into the trunk and the back seat.
I am using my best buy replacement plan to replace my iPod, which has drastically reduced battery life as well as a dim screen. I should be getting back close to $400 in vouchers on it, with which I will replace my car's stereo and get a iPod mini. There is a chance they will snake out of it, say, because I don't have my receipt. I gotta call them to make sure before I send off the old iPod. A new iPod is nice, but if it is gonna screw things up during processing, or worse, make them not send my old one back, I can't afford to do that. No music for a cross-country drive would make me insane for sure. well, more insane.

yeah its 2 checked and one carry on...but it probably depends on the airline...i bet you could check there website..
