I am however, getting a camera. I found the same Amazon.com deal on a Canon Powershoot SD110 that my friend had. I was impressed with it, and I wanted to have a camera to capture all the exciting moments I plan on having in the future. I saved 60% on it, so I'm happy. all the reviewers said they got it because it was smaller than their "Professional" cameras they had, and now they favor it over their old cameras, so for candids and so forth it should be just dandy.
Then some monies will be set aside for Prom. then, some monies will go to my remaining debt.
this is a cool hat. it's expensive though. huzzah!

Sucks that you can't get a car. But maybe the camera and the Prom will give you greater enjoyment.
