I want glasses. I don't need them with my 20/15 vision, but I want them. Anyone know how to ruin eyesight fast (or where to get "just for looks" glasses)?
Here's what I learned from my first foray into dating:
-some girls don't know what they want. Teenage girls even more so.
-it's not a good idea to lay all your past out on the first date.
-don't care so much. Being nice and sweet and caring makes it a no contest for her. She knows she "has" you, so she won't want you. Be a jerk sometimes.
-just because she says "call me" doesn't mean she wants to hear from you.
-it's not important if you think you are confident, only that she thinks it. Do not dispel that aura.
-always have a plan. Don't let her call the shots.
-don't be too polite. You have to have some rough edges, soshe has something to "fix".
-don't be her friend.
-the easiest way to not get your heart broken is to go into it wanting to break hers.
Yeah, I'm cynical.
Here's something more about my tastes in girls:
-i really don't like blondes. Sorry, but I can't get the "dumb blond" stereotype out of my head.
-i don't like heavy makeup. Light or none is good.
-she's gotta be smart.
-i only expect her to be as fit and in shape as I am. I'm so so in shape, but trying to get better. And I don't like rail-thin. linz and mia are perfect in my eyes.
-by and large, I prefer my own ethnicity. And I hate tans.
-i don't smoke or chew, and I won't gowith girls that do.
Basic guidelines. No one's perfect, least of all me. I place character above looks any day, mainly because good character is a scarce commodity. Honestly, most nealrly all (95%) of the girls I've met in the last 3 years have been shallow, vain creatures. Oh, for a woman that is more than just looks!

As for the study, thanks for bringing that up. I need to get a fire under my ass and move towards that. I should probably write up an email and send it out saying these are the dates I am available and get a feel for what they would like to look at. Similiar note, i went to a used bookstore and picked up an old tattered Bible for a quarter, the reason I bought it was inside the pages were folded pieces of paper that were hand written. I want to go through thema and see if there are treasures there. I also got a book that takes all the end time references from the new testemant and puts them in one book, also a quarter. I love used book stores.
Although, if you did, you could just visit any optometrist and probably ask for frames with non-prescription lenses.
