I "zap" tested a bit of the soap from the edges when I peeked this time to make sure it has enough heat. NO ZAP! woohoo. Now I just need to do the same with each bar when I cut it tonight, but I have high hopes now! 
Edit: I tested the lather on the little bit that I zap tested and we're good! It will have to cure at least 4 weeks before I can send out test bars, but those who are interested, please message me your shipping address so I can send out a small sample for your feedback.
