Yesterday was my last day at the "home daycare" i was working at. The new girl came in to shadow me for the day and was shocked to find out that she was not an assistant, as she thought, but the ONLY person running the place and making only half the money. Now she knows why I left, aside from the fact that I brought everything I needed as far as supplies and toys went. I doubt this woman will be "running a business" much longer. No one will tolerate what I did. I needed the money and refused to leave my son. It has now paid off. I have two kids from the daycare at my place today because she closed hers today and they needed care, so I offered to watch them at no extra charge. I mean, they paid for a week to this lady and I would have been watching them anyway. One of them is going to be here from now on and another is coming on Monday. The second boy loves me and his mom loves me so we'll see. She's like, best friends with the owner of the other place.

If all goes well, I'm going to get registered, licensed and bonded.
