Awesome.

So, I've been working at a home daycare for a woman who has no idea how to run a business or treat people. I've been making half of the children's tuitions and doing all of the work. That equates to 50 hours a week with 4 children other than finn at $5.60 an hour. We just moved into the new place and the intention was to take some time to get things together to do everything here.

Well, we got a new kid two weeks ago and he's been a terror. I know that he can do well in a smaller group with more attention so I can focus on his issues. I've been updating his mom on everything and at one point did say that if he didn't get better, he would be removed from the daycare. He's gotten a little better and I can see his potential. On Friday he was awful and I updated her and the lady I've been working for. She texted his mother, being the bitch that she is and made her feel uncomfortable, then left her hanging as to whether or not her son would be allowed back on Monday. I got a text from the mother asking for help. In the end she was just going to remove him because of the owner. I offered that if she can wait 3 weeks for me to get this place ready, I can continue to work with her son. And she was SOOOO happy. Turns out this little monster talks about me all the time and asks to see me, even though when he's with me and in time out, he says he doesn't like me and wants to go home.

There's another mother who was getting close to removing her child and i hinted that I would be leaving soon and she asked where I'd be going and to let her know, so I'm pretty sure that in 3 weeks, I will be making slightly more than I am now for half the kids.

Fucking YAY
