Well, after a heavy night bouncing around in Essential in Manchester to some decent (and some decidedly dodgy) music, I managed to get home at 5am only to leave the house at 8 for work. Having just arrived home, I am straight off to bed just as soon as I finish boring you lot with my tales of the weekend. Working shifts blows huge-mutant-space-monkeys...
Funny moment of the evening- dancing on a podium in the basement room, glowsticks a-go-go, amid a bunch of half-nekkid, sweaty men (it being a Gay Club 'n'all- I'm officially my gay housemates' straight 'handbag') and then turning around, slipping on a spilt drink and toppling off said podium onto a surprised looking victim, spilling my water all over him in the process. Though, he was very nice about it. And it was all done _very_ gracefully of course. *sheepish look*
Toying with the idea of attending Sin City next saturday, with some folks I met last week in Jilly's. Never having been before though, I'll probably seek feedback on as to whether it's actually any good, given this city's tendency to spawn lacklustre theme nights. Anyone reading this have any idea?
