check it. i was really enjoying your 1000 minutes a month plan. that was good shit. but now i'm moving to portland, and us cellular don't go there. no service, nuh-uh.
but now you want me to pay your $150 early disconnection fee because YOU don't offer service to where i intend to move? hold up. how does that make sense? did you expect me to hold off on my move for another 8 months so that i could be a convenience to my cell phone company? i don't know if you realize this, but i don't really have a hundred and fifty dollars burnin' a hole in my pocket that i feel like donating to the phone company. you sick fucks.
when i signed up for this shit, the lady TOLD me that if there wasn't service i'd be let out of the contract. only that's not what 2 customer service reps and 16 minutes of my life on hold said.
in closing, you can fuck right off and stick your greedy little fingers in your company's big dirty butt.

U.S Cellular does suck donkey balls....most of the time I send a text to my girlfriend(she has U.S Cellular to), it takes up to 4 hours to get to her...what a crock of fucking shit-yeah, they suck big time

when i moved to grand rapids i had to switch my phone too. they don't have cellular one here. they made me go get a contract with t-mobile and then fax them my contract and then they waived the fees. that's what your company should do too. it really isn't fair and I'd be calling up the highest of all highs until you got your way.
