so, my first shift alone wasn't too bad. i did go crazy once. there was a line of about 10 people, and really i can only make 2 drinks at once, max, and you have to be making 3 or 4 to get the line moving right. so the line started getting pissy, i started cracking... and then two employees that were hanging out in the shop came and rescued me. like ANGELS. and after that first hour, i didn't have any issues again.

aaaaaand i made $26 in tips. which means i got paid like $11/hr, which i might add is pretty sweet.

the video job is easy. i've already got it down pretty well. very low maintenance.

they're showing our apartment now. we're not that clean. we have a giant pile of junk in the bedroom that mat put a blanket over. he made a sign that says "time machine (no peeking)" to put on top of it. he cracks me up.

i must be like the luckiest girl ever. he grabs my feet when i'm on the computer and paints my toenails... when my feet were sore from work he took my socks off and gave me a foot rub. and when i came home yesterday he was making homemade rosemary bread because he said he thought i would be hungry.

i loooove my boyfriend. oh, the squishiness.
