i've been experiencing some very weird and troubling emotional stuff lately... i get all stressed out and overwhelmed in a matter of minutes and freak out and cry, generally for no good reason. maybe it's hormones or maybe it's the change of seasons, but it's really pissing me off. i picked up some st. john's wort today, so we'll see how that goes...

i really think i just need to squat for a year or so in hawaii. that would be good.
