I commend your dives and your spirit! ^___^ Too much does go to waste in this country, not just food either... and there are so many starving mouths in the world, why shouldn't we take as much as we can get... esp if it's being labled as "garbage".

From what I've come to understand, a freegan is an anti-consumerist who tries to live as much away from our current economy as possible, often dumpster-diving for good food, clothes, furniture... really, anything they can find that is still good for use. Their driving principle is that nothing should go to waste.

...I had a friend do a sociology presentation on the subculture so... Yeah. Since then, I'm forever hoping to meet one so I can tell them they're great. You're great. =D
