So I'm broke. Dead broke. I tried to buy two packs of cigarettes on my way home from work, and my debit card was declined. Keep in mind I thought I had $200ish in my account. I get paid in a week. Yeah, I'm fucked. I'm currently ripping a bunch of CDs onto my computer so I can go sell them for (hopefully) enough money to get by for the next week. After that things should settle down. I have one huge car insurance payment of $517, then I have two months before another payment is due. My next paycheck should be decent, and my paycheck after that is going to be huge. Plus overtime for inventory at the end of October, and I should be able to save up a little money so this never happens again. I'm also sending in all my various rebates (from assorted new apartment-related purchases) so I'll have a few hundred bucks headed my way. I just have my fingers crossed, hoping it all works out so I don't slip into a bottomless pit of financial ruin.
