It has been a serious up and down couple of weeks.
Soundwave last weekend was fucking amazing. Some bands I didn't know or didn't expect absolutely blew me away. Bands like Nonpoint, Area 7, Lagwagon, Lamb of God and a whole shittonne more absolutely killed it.
I also discovered a band called Nothing More who completely blew my mind. They're absolutely AMAZING. I can't recommend highly enough that people check them out.
At the other end of the spectrum has basically been the whole week since then. Work has been shit, life in general has been shit. Had a random breakdown on a bus on my way home Thursday night where it took me a good half hour to stop shaking and sobbing and I have no idea why or what pushed me over the edge and that freaked me right out.
And now it's Sunday evening and the prospect of having to go back to work again tomorrow is positively terrifying to me.
