Facebook just notified me that it's my first ever girlfriend from back in high school's birthday today.
Funnily enough she's the only one of my exes that I still even remotely get along with.
I mean there's female friends of mine I've hooked up with that I'm still friends with but as for women I've actually been in a relationship she's the only one where things never went nuclear. Probably because we ended it when I moved away and before either of us had a chance to do something stupid and fuck things right up. And by either of us I mean probably me.
The sad part is it's been probably nearly a year, or even longer maybe, since we actually spoke. Since I've stopped going to Townsville regularly we've almost completely lost touch.
Now that I think about that, it's actually really sad.
