Hit up a whole bunch of mates to see if they're keen to head out on the lash on the weekend for my birthday.
Of the half a dozen that actually bothered to reply all of 1 is actually keen.
Of the remainder, one could be bothered to actually say no and say he has other shit planned. The rest did the whole "oh, ah, um, well maybe, I dunno".
Like, I know it's late notice now if you can't or don't want to do anything I'm not going to get offended, just actually fucking say so at least.

It occurs to me that no one outside of Australia will probably know what the hell that is. If anyone follows NFL it's kinda like the Rugby League equivalent of the Pro Bowl, expect people here in Queensland and New South Wales take it SUPER seriously.
