school's done, & i swear i'm never going back. i don't mind random classes or seminars, but i'm done with formal education. spending all that money to homogenize my talent until it loses all traces of my own creativity. and the administrators always had an air about them like the students were the scum of the earth, when really they should be thanking us for keeping them in business and providing for their cushy lives. it was disgusting how inferior they treated us when we were an adult class & probably the same age if not older. get over yourselves bitches.
so then i quit my job too. for 6 1/2 years i worked for a bank, knowing it was just a job. you know, i thought about it - it wasn't a bad job, i was valuable & good at what i did, but it was too confining. i hate being in at 9am (or 9:15 as was most cases but my boss was cool because i never left right at 5 either) and i hate having to dress to reflect a corporate image. it's not me
. the real me has been screaming to get out for a looong time & now i've released it. if the hours & dress were flexible, & they were lax about piercings (which i ran off & got first thing as a screw-corporate gesture 
) then i might have stayed 
. but no, it's time for a new adventure.
and first off, a vacation!
