it became quite clear the other day... just how well z knows me when he shows up and gives me this gift:

so now for a real update...
went down the burg (lynchburg -- maybe i should finally clear that up...?? haha) friday.. goofed off until sunday when we left for virginia beach to see john mayer & maroon 5. the concert was so amazing.. we were in row F -- so we were close. maroon 5 played an awesome set -- really got the crowd dancing and loose for john. when john finally came out the girls were squeeling.. it was freakish... i mean i tried to get myself prepared for it.. but jesus christ.. anyway... all in all... i fell in love with both of them and had a wonderful time.
monday >> z and i signed the lease for the cute apartment in downtown l'burg. its a sweet loft style apt with everything you need
oh boy!! the only bad thing is i might have to find a home for my lil dog ginder. i'm completely heartbroken. 
we'll see how it works out though.. you just never know...
anyway.... move-in is set for october.. so getting all my shit from radford to there should be such a pleasure. AND we're (my roommate and i) still in a fight with our landlord over the house we're renting right now. several people have looked at it and he won't let them have it because they could be "gang members". EVEN THOUGH he knows how badly we need to get out of the lease -- especially since i'm moving an hour & half away, he won't make any repairs, it's so fucking disgusting, and winter time bills will put us in over our heads. hopefully we'll get to have a nice little chat on friday to straighten shit out. after that entire mess is worked out, i will feel 10x better. i mean i would be more understanding if he was a good landlord and fixed our leaks, sprayed for bugs, MOWED THE FUCKING GRASS.. but instead the ceiling in the kitchen fell in (due to water leaks & such) and he was like.. oh well i'll have to get to that sometime... WHAT? anyway.. enough of that.
other than that things are pretty good. TRYING to take it one day at a time. working my ass off every night -- so i don't get to check out SG as often as i'd like.

Renting sucks. Landlords are scum. Yey for moving though! I'll be drinking Lynchburg lemonades and thinking of you, even though I get the impression it's the wrong lynchburg...

i miss you to hottness. and as for that landlord i already told you how many times that if you just up and walked out on his ass and said screw you if you want to push the issue we will bring the health department in to see if this place is even fit for you to legally rent. not that i want you to run off to the 'burg either and leave me here all by my lonesome
