I can't stand the fact that the business world is so bent on the 'conservative appearance'. I want it to change.
While I was in Calgary this summer I discussed the matter with a few other people I met on this site. The idea was that in Alberta they might start changing dress code policies to combat the labour shortage.
Other than that I've got nothing... other than trying to integrate piercings and dyed hair in to the workplace in subtle and tasteful amounts. Then maybe just keep pushin?
no clue.... any ideas?
