So, it seems as though my mom has fucked me over more than I thought.
I went to go pay my $400 reinstatement fee, and found out that it's gone now. In it's place is this:
Reqular Driver Privilege Reinstatement Requirements
POSITIVE PROOF OF INSURANCE FROM SUSPENSION DATE TO PRESENT
Which means that I'm going to need to find some place to insure me, with an SR-22, even though I don't have a car. Otherwise, my license is going to be suspended for... like, ever.
This, of course, pisses me off. I was so happy when I found out that someone had paid the fee, though I have no idea who could have, or who would have. But... this? This will follow me for years. Literally. I'm going to have to have the SR-22 for three years, and if there's ever even once a lapse in coverage, my license is suspended again, and I have to start all over.
To boot, I can only find one insurance agency that will even do SR-22, that being progressive. Jordan's agency is AIG. So, for three more years, I won't be able to be on the same policy as he is.
Man, Tuesday is going to be one hell of a day. Getting the marriage license on Tuesday, and going to the insurance agency to see what in the hell I need to do, and how much I need to pay. And it's supposed to be storming on that day.
I'm so not looking forward to this.

THAT SUCKS! Heat is no fun at all. I woulda given a kidney for a/c yesterday (if your guy ever tries to convince you to get a house without a/c... DON'T LET HIM!)
