This is my last journal update (this time I mean it, the last one didn't feel the way it should have), I've canceled my account.
I'm starting the New Year as a new person, a rebirth in a way. Since I broke up with my girlfriend of 2 years the day before Thanksgiving, I've done a lot of soul searching. I feel refreshed, like a different person with a different path...a new goal. I'm cutting the ties that bind, as they say.
That's 2 years of my life that was occupied without a lot of progression, I ran idle and I think that's where a lot of problems in relationships arise. I can't let that happen again, I think it'll only hurt the ones I care about. I need to find who I want to be, what I'm really looking for. It's time to finally sit down and complete the album I've been working on, no more hangups.
