Back from a one month hiatus...it's none other than yours truly...
Few changes have come about since we last journaled, but I guess there have been one or two...Not earth shattering mind you, but enough to really splash the cold, startling waters of "wake the fuck up" into your sleepy, eye-boogered face...
I know there's one or two, hell maybe even a nice even, three of you out there that are wondering...Some of you have even asked "What the hell happened?"...and so I'll tell you since you asked...
First I'm proud to say that after years of procrastination I finally plowed my way through "A Confederacy of Dunces" which had been reported by colleagues to be a hard read...I am please to say that although I can certainly see how they have drawn this conclusion, I also agree the more I read, the easier it became and I can say first hand, this is truly a GREAT book...No wonder it won the Pulitzer...I have added it to "my favorite books"...
I'd also like to point out that I have ammended the "5 things I can't live without" section my little whooptie-do...Now I guess truth be told, I could in fact live without ice cream, but seeings how I've been doggin' a lot of Ben & Jerry's lately and not much cereal...I went ahead and traded up on that shit...
Speakin' of "tradin' up" I hope Kasara and Claudia will bid me no ill will, but Arete and Tash really woo'ed me with their most recent sets, so I went ahead and swapped...I'm currently dabbling with the notion of locking Arete into my "current crush" portion of the profile...
No longer is centerfield my "favorite sexual" position...Been a smidge out of the proverbial game of late...sorta' driftin' I guess...
And based on that I guess I'll go ahead and start fresh with a new "fantasy" as well...Perhaps Mandy Moore and Katie Holmes would make a more suitable pairing in my "undies only tickle fight" championship bought...And no it's not because I just saw "Batman Begins"...It's because I saw "Batman Begins" which made me see "The Gift" again...
