Ah, nothing like a case of severe toothache to have your ass up n' at 'em before the crack of dawn...I think I'd rather have my pee-hole soldered shut than to endure this kind of pain...I took a fistful of tylenol gelcaps...I think I can feel the pain starting to subside now...Bad news is, I can feel my stomach lining deteriorate from the more than recommended dosage of gelcaps...

Looks like it's time to break down and go see someone...Can't keep popping pills all day...or wait...No, I can't keep popping pills all day...
