So I still totally don't understand how to use this site... It was a couple of days before I even figured out how to add another journal entry, and I just figured out today how to edit past ones... This site is arranged completely differently than any other site I've used... Just thought I'd share.
In other news, I went back home this weekend (Santa Cruz), and it was great. Saturday I took a bunch of picures of surfers and the beach and stuff, it was great. If I ever figure out how to get a decent sized picture on this damn site I'll put some good ones up; I haven't even looked at them yet though.
I did finally watch The Lost Boys... all I can say is: BEST MOVIE EVER. It was shot in Santa Cruz in the late 80's, and it totally captures the spirit of the town. On top of that, its a vampire movie. What's not to like?
I also saw the Blues Brothers at the Del Mar for the midnight movie. I love going to those. The theater was made in the 30's and recently restored, now they show indie films and on friday and saturday night have older movies (like cult films and such) at midnight. Its so much fun! Next weekend they're splitting up the nights; friday is Reservoir Dogs, and saturday is Kill Bill 1 and 2. I can't decide if I want to stay here and party or take some friends and go see those!
Anyway, I really need sleep... Goodnight!
